The Energy-Efficient Air-Cooled Industrial Chiller is a compact, flexible refrigeration solution designed for small and medium-sized factory production lines, featuring air-cooled condensation technology that eliminates the need for cooling water towers and complex water pipe systems. This SUS304 air-cooled chiller for factory adopts imported European and Japanese compressors, food-grade stainless steel water tanks and pipelines, and supports multiple refrigerants (R22/R410A/R134A) and evaporator types. With a microcomputer/PLC automatic control system and complete safety protection, the portable air-cooled industrial chiller with PLC control is easy to install, move and maintain, perfectly adapting to the decentralized cooling demands of workshops, laboratory and mobile production stations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. As a cost-effective B端 industrial cooling equipment, it balances energy efficiency and practicality, and its outdoor-friendly welded frame design expands on-site application scenarios.

Adopts a heavy-duty welded steel frame with professional outdoor paint, resistant to rain, dust and corrosion, suitable for both indoor workshop and outdoor open-air installation.
Equipped with European/Japanese hermetic rotor/scroll compressors and refrigeration valves from Danfoss/Sporlan/Carel; electrical components from ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider ensure long-term stable operation.
Water tanks and pipelines are made of stainless steel SUS304, meeting food safety and pharmaceutical clean production standards with no secondary pollution to the cooling medium.
Supports R22/R407C/R404A/R134A/R410A refrigerants; optional evaporator types include stainless steel plate heat exchanger, shell-and-tube type, coil type and acid-alkali resistant type.
Standard digital temperature display microcomputer controller; optional PLC control and RS485 communication function, supporting remote switch and fault transmission for industrial IoT management.
Integrates overload protection, phase sequence inversion protection, high/low pressure protection, low liquid level protection and anti-freezing protection, automatically shutting down to avoid component damage in abnormal conditions.

Site Placement: Place the chiller on a flat, dry ground with unobstructed air intake/exhaust (no less than 0.8m from obstacles); ensure the ambient temperature is within -5℃~45℃.
Compressor & Condenser Installation: Fix the unit with expansion bolts; clean the finned tube condenser before installation to remove dust and impurities affecting heat exchange.
Cooling Medium Connection: Connect the chilled water inlet/outlet to the production equipment; use sealing gaskets for pipe joints to prevent leakage (pipe size: 1/2 inch for AC-01AS, 3 inches for AC-60AF).
Electrical Connection: Follow the power supply type (1N/3N) to connect the power cord; ground the unit reliably to avoid electric shock hazards.
