The kit is centered on Clean Room Aluminum Profiles and is equipped with a full range of air vent components and fire protection valves, which fully meets the purification, sealing and fire safety requirements of clean room construction in various industries. The core aluminum profiles of the product are clean aluminum for color plate partition decoration of clean rooms, with four surface treatment processes to choose from, and the matching air vents and valves are all manufactured in accordance with ISO14644-7 clean room industry standards. It can be perfectly adapted to the HVAC system of Class 5 to Class 10 clean rooms, effectively reducing the particle pollution of the system and improving the overall air purification efficiency of the clean room.

All aluminum profile components are made of high-quality industrial clean aluminum, with surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, no dust accumulation and easy cleaning, which meets the dust-free requirements of clean room partition and decoration. The material has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable performance in long-term closed clean room environment.
Provide four professional surface treatment methods: anodic oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying and grinding. Among them, Anodized Clean Room Aluminum Profiles form a dense oxide film with a thickness of ≥15μm on the surface, which has the best wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-standard clean room environments such as semiconductors and biomedicine.
The kit covers all core components required for clean room HVAC system installation, including door/window aluminum profiles (door edge wrapping, sliding door trimming, fixed window material, etc.), structural aluminum profiles (T-type aluminum, angle aluminum, ceiling girders, etc.), and HVAC Air Vent Accessories for Clean Room (grille return air outlet, double leaf air outlet, rainproof louver, etc.), as well as functional valves such as fire damper and regulating valve, realizing one-stop matching of accessories.
The double-sealed door material and groove aluminum components in the kit adopt silicone sealing ring design, with air leakage rate ≤0.5%, which effectively maintains the pressure difference gradient of the clean room. The Fire Damper for Clean Room HVAC System meets the industrial fire safety standard, which can quickly close in case of fire and prevent the spread of fire and smoke through the HVAC pipeline.

Before assembly, the construction area must maintain a clean room environment with a pressure difference gradient ≥5Pa, and the number of particles ≥0.5μm is ≤3520/m³. Use anti-static tools (surface resistance 10⁶-10⁹Ω) and dust-free cutting equipment with HEPA dust removal system to check the model and size of all accessories to ensure no deformation and damage. The aluminum profiles need to go through three-level cleaning (deoiling → ultrasonic cleaning → pure water rinsing) before installation.
Adopt invisible corner code connection for structural aluminum profiles such as T-type aluminum and angle aluminum, and control the tightening torque at 8±0.5N·m; the door/window aluminum profiles adopt interference fit insertion connection, and add silicone sealing ring at the joint to ensure airtightness; all aluminum profile joints are polished to avoid burrs and particle pollution.
The air vent is installed in alignment with the HVAC pipeline, and the joint is sealed with polyurethane sealant; the Fire Damper for Clean Room HVAC System is installed in the straight section of the pipeline, with a distance of ≥300mm from the elbow and tee, and the regulating valve is connected with flange to ensure flexible adjustment and no air leakage. After installation, the air volume and sealing performance of the air vent and valve shall be tested.
