The Heavy-Duty Single-Stage Rotary Desiccant Dehumidifiers are high-performance large-airflow dehumidification equipment developed for B-end users with large-scale industrial and commercial dehumidification demands. Designed with modular thinking and customized according to process temperature and humidity requirements, this series adopts imported molecular sieve rotor dehumidifier and silica gel honeycomb adsorption dual-rotor technology, which can reduce the environmental humidity to as low as 5% RH—far exceeding the dehumidification capacity of small dehumidifiers. Equipped with waste heat recovery industrial dehumidifier system and PLC microcomputer automatic control, it realizes high efficiency, energy saving and intelligent operation, and its superior insulation structure and modular design solve the problems of transportation, installation and maintenance of large dehumidification equipment. Suitable for large-scale scenarios such as industrial manufacturing, commercial buildings and large warehousing, it is the core equipment for high-standard humidity control in modern large-scale production and operation.
Adopts thermal break aluminum alloy frame and polyurethane foam panels, with excellent insulation performance, reducing heat loss during the dehumidification and regeneration process, and improving the overall energy efficiency of the unit.
The core component is imported silicone and molecular sieve honeycomb adsorption drying rotor, with strong adsorption capacity, which can achieve ultra-low humidity of 5% RH, meeting the strict dehumidification needs of high-end industries.
Adopts high-temperature regeneration with waste heat recovery technology, recycles the waste heat generated during the regeneration process, reduces the energy consumption of regeneration heating, and saves long-term operating costs for B-end users.
Equipped with PLC microcomputer automatic control system and touchscreen human-machine interface, it is easy to operate, can realize automatic adjustment of dehumidification parameters, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
The whole machine adopts modular design, all components are independently modularized, which is convenient for long-distance transportation and on-site assembly; the modular structure also makes daily maintenance and component replacement more efficient.

Unpack the modular components in sequence according to the installation drawing, check the integrity of each module (adsorption rotor, fan, heat recovery system, control cabinet) and confirm the matching of accessories.
Splice the independent modules according to the on-site layout and installation drawing, and fix the modules with special connecting parts; ensure the levelness of the whole machine to avoid vibration during operation affecting the service life.
Connect the process air duct and regeneration air duct according to the industrial site requirements, and connect the power supply and control line; debug the PLC system through the touchscreen, set the dehumidification and regeneration parameters, and conduct a no-load and load test to ensure the normal operation of all systems.
