The stainless steel interlocking cleanroom pass box is a professional clean area transfer equipment with 19 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, specially designed for B-end cleanroom scenarios to transfer small items between clean areas and between clean areas and non-clean areas. This GMP-compliant cleanroom transfer box effectively reduces the number of cleanroom door openings and minimizes cross-contamination in clean areas, and is divided into three types: ordinary sterile pass box, sterile laminar flow pass box and air shower pass box for clean area. Adopting high-quality SUS304 stainless steel as the main material, it has the characteristics of easy cleaning, high airtightness and strong corrosion resistance, and its performance meets ISO 5 cleanliness standards and the latest cGMP requirements. It is an essential auxiliary equipment for cleanrooms in the pharmaceutical, electronic, food and laboratory industries, and provides a reliable sterile transfer solution for B-end enterprises with strict clean requirements.

The 304 stainless steel cleanroom pass through uses thickened SUS304 stainless steel for the main body and inner wall, with an internal arc structure without dead corners, easy to clean and disinfect; the glue-foamed integrated airtight strip is adopted to realize high confinement and effectively prevent the entry of external dust and bacteria.
Equipped with LCJ brand electronic interlock system, it realizes lock-on power and unlock-off power to avoid simultaneous opening of double doors and prevent cross-contamination; built-in Philips ultraviolet germicidal lamp (embedded installation) with a service life of 8000H, which can realize efficient sterilization of transferred items.
The sterile laminar flow pass box is equipped with a liquid tank high-efficiency filter (99.99% filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles), PAO dust outlet and DOP detection port to ensure filter element integrity, and the cleanliness reaches ISO 5 (better than 209E class100), fully complying with the latest cGMP requirements.
The air shower pass box for clean area is equipped with a photoelectric sensor, which realizes automatic induction air shower with adjustable time (wind speed ≥25m/s); the laminar flow type is equipped with an LCD touch screen and American Dwyer differential pressure gauge, with adjustable laminar flow and sterilization time, and high-efficiency filter replacement reminder function.

Classify and check the components of different types of pass boxes (ordinary sterile/laminar flow/air shower): ensure the integrity of the high-efficiency filter, differential pressure gauge and germicidal lamp of the sterile laminar flow pass box; check the air shower fan and nozzle of the air shower type for no blockage.
Fix the 304 stainless steel cleanroom pass through on the cleanroom wall according to the installation position (reserve the corresponding installation hole); install the electronic interlock system and germicidal lamp, connect the power supply and conduct an interlock test to ensure the double doors cannot be opened at the same time; install the high-efficiency filter and differential pressure gauge, and seal the connection part to avoid air leakage.
Conduct an airtightness test on the pass box to ensure no air leakage at the door and connection parts; calibrate the wind speed of the laminar flow/air shower type and the sterilization time of the germicidal lamp; detect the cleanliness of the inner cavity to ensure it meets the ISO 5 standard, and record the test data for filing.
As a GMP-compliant cleanroom transfer box, it is used for the sterile transfer of pharmaceutical raw materials, finished drugs and experimental samples in pharmaceutical workshops and biotech labs, meeting the strict GMP clean requirements.
