Dry-wet combined cooling towers have two operating modes: dry cooling and wet cooling. When the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the design spray-off temperature, the spray water can be shut off, and the cooling requirements can be met solely through convective heat exchange with the air. Dry cooling operation consumes no water, thus avoiding the generation of white plumes. Dry cooling operation can save a significant amount of water and water treatment costs annually.

1--Water Eliminator
Effectively intercepts water droplets carried in the air, achieving a water carryover rate of less than 0.001%. The detachable design facilitates maintenance of the cooler coils. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, and prevents microbial growth. It is installed above the cooler's water guide plate for easy cleaning.
2--Dry-cooling finned coil
Using stainless steel tubes as the base tubes and aluminum alloy fins, its high finning ratio structure greatly increases the contact area with the air, improving the heat exchange efficiency in the dry cooling section. The combination of stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials enhances corrosion resistance.

3--Wet-bulb cooling coil
Features are the same as those of a standard closed-circuit cooling tower cooler.
4--High-Efficiency Air Inlet Grille
Made of modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it prevents splashing and blocks direct sunlight, reducing water drift in the cooling tower and preventing algae growth inside the tower. The steel frame structure increases the strength of the air inlet grille and makes it easy to disassemble.
