The Insulated Fire-Retardant PU Panel is a new generation of high-performance decorative and thermal insulation material for clean buildings, specially developed for B-end customers such as industrial building contractors, clean room builders and warehouse developers. The panel takes high-density polyurethane (PU) as the core insulation material, and the surface layer is made of galvanized steel, stainless steel or pre-painted galvanized color sheet. It is compounded by high-temperature hot pressing through a high-speed continuous molding machine, with excellent fire retardancy, thermal insulation and structural strength. Adopting the Tongued and Grooved PU Panel for High-Standard Workshop connection design, the panel has the advantages of fast installation, good airtightness and strong durability, and is widely used in the wall, ceiling and partition construction of high-standard clean buildings in electronics, food, pharmaceutical, hospital and military industries. It can effectively reduce the energy consumption of clean buildings and meet the fire safety and thermal insulation requirements of industrial clean workshops and warehouses.

The core material is high-quality polyurethane (PU) foam with a density of 30-40kg/m³, which has low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance; the surface layer is optional Fire-Retardant PU Sandwich Panel with Galvanized Surface, stainless steel or pre-painted galvanized color sheet, with good corrosion resistance, impact resistance and dust-free performance, meeting the environmental requirements of clean buildings. The material combination ensures that the panel has both thermal insulation and structural stability, and can be used for a long time in the closed environment of clean buildings.
The panel reaches Class B fireproof grade, which meets the national industrial building fire safety standards. The closed-cell structure of PU core material effectively blocks the spread of fire and smoke, and has low smoke generation and no toxic gas release in case of fire. At the same time, the PU core material has ultra-low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the clean building, maintain the constant temperature of the clean room, and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system by more than 30%.
Adopt integrated Tongued and Grooved PU Panel for High-Standard Workshop connection design, without additional connecting parts, the panels can be closely spliced, with air leakage rate ≤0.01% and good airtightness, which effectively maintains the pressure difference gradient of the clean building and prevents external dust and pollutants from entering. The tongue and groove structure also improves the overall structural stability of the panel assembly, and the bearing capacity is significantly higher than that of ordinary flat-joint panels.
The panel is produced by a high-speed continuous molding machine, with uniform thickness and stable performance, no deformation and warping. The product is light in weight and easy to cut and process, which can be adapted to the irregular structural design of clean buildings. The on-site assembly is simple and fast, and the installation efficiency is more than twice that of traditional building materials, which effectively shortens the construction period of clean building projects and reduces labor costs for B-end customers.

Before installation, check the appearance, size and performance parameters of the panel to ensure no damage, deformation and parameter inconsistency. The construction site shall be kept clean and dry, and the base surface of the installation position shall be leveled and polished to ensure the flatness error ≤2mm/m. Prepare special installation tools (self-drilling screws with rubber washers, polyurethane sealant, etc.) and protective equipment, and the construction personnel shall receive professional operation training.
According to the construction drawing, first fix the first panel on the base with self-drilling screws with rubber washers (the screw spacing is 300mm-400mm), and ensure the verticality and levelness of the panel; then insert the tongue of the second panel into the groove of the first panel, and tap it gently to make the panels closely fit, with no visible gaps at the joint; repeat the above steps to complete the splicing of all panels, and the splicing error of the whole wall/ceiling shall be ≤5mm.
After the panel splicing is completed, fill the tongue and groove joint with polyurethane sealant, and paste aluminum foil tape on the surface of the joint to form a continuous vapor barrier and further improve the airtightness and thermal insulation performance; for the edge and corner parts of the clean building, use special corner panels for reinforcement and sealing; for the roof installation, add fixing battens along the panel joints to improve wind resistance (wind resistance increased by 50-70%). After the installation is completed, conduct airtightness and bearing capacity tests to ensure that all indicators meet the design requirements.

Customize the thickness (25mm-150mm) and width (600mm-1200mm) of the panel according to the thermal insulation requirements and construction size of the clean building, and support the customization of ultra-thin panels (25mm-40mm) for the clean buildings with limited space height.
On the basis of the standard Class B fireproof grade, we provide fire-retardant grade optimization customization service for customers with higher fire safety requirements, and can upgrade to Class A fireproof grade by adjusting the PU core material formula and adding fire-retardant layers.

The surface material has three options: galvanized steel, stainless steel and pre-painted galvanized color sheet. Galvanized steel is suitable for general industrial clean workshops and warehouses with high cost performance; stainless steel (304/316) is suitable for pharmaceutical, food and hospital industries with high hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements; pre-painted galvanized color sheet is suitable for industrial buildings with customized aesthetic and color requirements.
The panel adopts a Tongued and Grooved PU Panel for High-Standard Workshop connection design, which can realize close splicing without gaps; after assembly, we use polyurethane sealant to fill the joints and paste aluminum foil tape to form a vapor barrier, which effectively improves the airtightness (air leakage rate ≤0.01%). The closed-cell structure of the PU core material and the seamless splicing ensure the excellent thermal insulation performance of the whole assembly system.
Under normal use and regular maintenance, the service life of the panel is more than 20 years. For B-end customers, we provide a 5-year quality warranty and lifelong after-sales maintenance service, including on-site maintenance, panel replacement and technical guidance.
