Parallel airflow and water flow minimize the occurrence of "dry spots" at the bottom of the cooling tubes, which can lead to scaling;
The coil section dissipates heat partly through evaporative cooling induced by the flowing fresh air, and partly through heat transfer cooling from the cooling spray water. Reducing the evaporative cooling portion of the coil section helps to reduce the possibility of scaling on the coil surface;
Spray water at a minimum flow rate of 68 L/S per square meter is evenly distributed onto the coil surface through the spray system to ensure that the cooler coil surface remains continuously wet, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency and minimizing scaling;
The spray water falls from the cooling coils onto the PVC packing heat exchange layer, where it is cooled by evaporation and heat transfer (latent and sensible heat) with the second stream of fresh air entering the tower. This secondary cooling further reduces the spray water temperature.
The recirculating water, after secondary cooling, increases the temperature difference between the spray water and the process fluid, increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling coils and reducing the number of coils required. This feature further mitigates the tendency for scaling on the coil surface, as lower spray water temperatures reduce scaling. Additionally, the reduced number of coils lowers the cost of future coil replacement and reduces maintenance costs.
The operating principle of an evaporative condenser is similar to that of a conventional closed-circuit cooling tower. The difference is that in a conventional closed-circuit cooling tower, both the hot medium entering the tower and the cold medium exiting the tower are in liquid form, with only a temperature change. In an evaporative condenser, the hot medium entering the tower is in gaseous form, and the medium is condensed into a liquid after exiting the tower. The evaporative condenser is a product that combines a cooling tower and a condenser.

1--Water baffle
Effectively intercepts water droplets carried in the air, achieving a water drift rate of less than 0.001%. The detachable design facilitates maintenance of the cooler coils. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, and prevents microbial growth. It is installed above the cooler's water guide plate for easy cleaning.
2--Fan System
It adopts high-efficiency axial flow fans, fully enclosed air-cooled fan motors, corrosion-resistant cast steel multi-groove pulleys, and the fan casing, support frame, and protective net are made of hot-dip galvanized material. The entire fan system exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
3--Water distribution system:
Made of corrosion-resistant rigid polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC), the special structural design allows for inspection and maintenance from outside the equipment without shutting it down. It utilizes large-diameter, 360-degree reinforced snap-on ABS nozzles, significantly reducing the possibility of clogging.

4--Coiled Tubing
The continuously bent, serpentine coil structure reduces the number of welding points, minimizing the possibility of leaks. The inclined design of the coil facilitates the smooth drainage of fluid from inside the tubes. The entire cooler, after welding, can withstand a pressure test of up to 2.5 MPa.
5--Cold Water Basin
The spray pump suction inlet is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen and anti-vortex plate. The cold water basin is designed with a reasonable height, ensuring that the spray pump operates without cavitation while minimizing the water volume.
6--Casing
Made of high-quality magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate, the coating contains a combination of multiple elements including zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and silicon, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It has a normal service life of over 25 years, and the corrosion resistance of the flat surfaces is 6-8 times that of ordinary aluminum-zinc steel plates. It also possesses unique self-healing properties for the cut edges.
